During my stay at JW Marriott Phuket, the staff made us feel special, especially with personalized touches like a welcome mocktail. Although the location required expensive taxi rides for off-site exploration, the amazing pools and excellent breakfast made it worthwhile.

We just spent 3 amazing nights at a resort with our kids, and I can't say enough about how wonderfully maintained it was! The multiple pools offered a great escape, particularly the family-friendly one. We were well taken care of everywhere we went, especially the dining area where the breakfast buffet was just fantastic and had lots of options. If I had to nitpick, the only downside was that the air conditioning in the common areas could have been better, but it won't stop us from returning!

missingWrote a review on Sept 05excellent therapistsproactive staffcrowded areaspricey treatmentslimited menu options
The spa experience surpassed expectations, with friendly and knowledgeable therapists who provided excellent massages. The pool staff proactively offered refreshments, ensuring a comfortable day by the water. Breakfast featured a wide selection, including home-grown products, and the enthusiastic service made every moment enjoyable. However, some areas felt crowded during peak times, and the spa treatments, while wonderful, were quite pricey. Dining options were varied but could use more home-grown menu items to elevate the experience.

A perfect escape for families united
The kids club was a game changer for us! They had a blast with all the activities, and we could actually enjoy some time by ourselves! I can't forget to mention the very nice breakfast spread! Fresh, delicious options from around the world!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The staff were amazing, especially at the kids club, where she spent hours engaged in fun activities. Our family room was spacious with a beautiful garden view.
In my wife's opinion, a late pool closure would be great for evening swims.

missingWrote a review on Aug 13beach accessmultiple poolstranquil spaisolated surroundings
The beachfront access here is stunning, with powdery sand right at your doorstep. Multiple pools offer various atmospheres, from lively to serene, catering to vibe preferences, while the spa features a tranquil setting and skilled therapists that elevate relaxation.
While the hotel has great amenities, the surroundings are pretty isolated, with not much happening offsite. The walkways can feel a bit dated and underwhelming, and although the food options are decent, they tend to fall into the typical resort fare without much uniqueness. Sun loungers are claimed quickly each morning, which might leave you scrambling for a good spot, though they do attempt to accommodate anyone left hanging with unused reserved loungers.

Exceptional Service and Relaxing Stay
Our stay was truly wonderful, highlighted by the welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding staff, especially Pum, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. The spa services were top-notch, and I can't recommend the Benihana restaurant enough—K brought our dining experience to life with his culinary skills. The resort’s beautiful pool area and beachfront location made our holiday feel like a dream. One area for potential improvement could be the speed of service at busy times, but that did not overshadow our overall experience.
